Can we all please ignore the fact that I am yet again wearing navy, black and white and focus on the fact that I'm having some technical trouble over here at the moment (spoiler alert, I'm typing this up on Sunday night). I switched up a few things, technology wise, while filming and editing my latest vlog and now my brain is broken trying to get everything to work. As hokey as filming the vlogs on my iphone may have been, it was the easiest process ever. I am not tech savvy enough to handle these kinds of situations when I'm this tired so my brain is fried. I'm sure I'll figure it out quickly once I have slept (this past week was one of very little sleep... I blame you, work).

Today, while running errands, I discovered that Christmas decorations are already in store. I am a sucker for a beautifully sparkly holiday display so before I knew it I was scouring the isles planning how to decorate our place this year. It's not even November and I am already excited for Christmas thanks to clever in store marketing. Now that I think about it, it's probably not a bad idea to start planning my holiday activities two months in advance because of how quickly time seems to get away from me. I almost tried to buy a couple Lindt advent calendars but a wise person reminded me that I would have to wait a month before indulging and suddenly the idea didn't seem like a good one. Or I could buy an advent calendar now and use it as a daily chocolatey countdown until I can dig into my real advent calendar in December.... I'm a genius.
