My laptop and laptop charger got in a fight yesterday. The charger won.
Since it's now refusing to do it's one job of charging my laptop I have no computer.
I'm hoping to get the situation fixed Friday but until then I won't have any outfit photos to post. Let's just all pretend that I posted an outfit today... And let's pretend it was good. Really good

To The Office
{Wearing: Zara Coat, TNA T-Shirt, Gap Pants, Zara Pumps, Ruche Necklace, Matt & Nat Bag}
Most of the time at work I am not dressed office appropriate. That is because I don't work an office, I work in a restaurant so I am dressed restaurant appropriate. That means I am slip proof, burn proof, and comfortable all while trying to look professional. The few times a year (meetings at the head office or when I teach a management class) I do have to put together some clothing appropriate for the office I am reminded how nothing I own seems right for the job.
I didn't wear this outfit to the office but It's far closer to office ready than 90% of my wardrobe and considering I start teaching a class tomorrow I really need to start brain storming some outfits. In the past I would just go shopping for professional clothing for those three days of teaching but I refuse to this time. I will find something office appropriate in my closet if it means I have to sew it myself! (for the record, the only thing I can sew on anything is a button... a maxi dress with a button is office appropriate right?)

A Little Romance
{Wearing: Zara Coat, Barefoot Contessa Blouse, Aritzia Skirt, Asos Belt, Steve Madden Pumps, Matt & Nat Clutch}

It's amazing how an orange belt can make me fall in love with my clothes all over again. I've had all of these pieces in my wardrobe for a loooong time, but wearing them with this belt made me see them in a whole new light. If this isn't romance, I don't know what is.
