Crazy Girl

 {Wearing: Zara Sequin Collar, American Apparel Top & Skirt, Steve Madden Pumps, Plum Clutch}

Vancouver has had some pretty spectacular weather lately. It hasn't been perfect but there have been lots of sunny days which is such a pleasant change. The sun however doesn't mean that it's warm, which is something I seem to forget as I get pick out outfits when the sun is shining through my window. So I get dressed, walk outside and immediately have no feeling in my legs. Then to make matters worse, I have decided that I obviously can't wear my coat in my photos. So at this point I am officially standing on the beach in the middle of December in an outfit I could have worn back in June, getting bizarre looks from people passing by while they wonder who the crazy coat-less girl is. This crazy girl is a style blogger. Obviously.

  1. It is true, it is always a struggle to post outfits in the winter as a blogger, because you can only wear your coat (s) so many times!
    You look absolutely beautiful in these shots though-love that collar, such a perfect accessory...and I love the shape of that top!

  2. lol. Same weather pattern in Seattle. When it's sunny, it's cold. I actually like the rain.

    The sequined collar is unique. It works well with your outfit.

  3. Oh my gosh, I LOVE this outfit.

    I'm in the same kind of predicament, except I actually find it warm enough on the island to get away with no tights or jacket (ok, maybe a light jacket). However, I fly back to Alberta this evening, and I'm absolutely dreading the REAL cold.

  11. Hahaha, I feel like I've so immersed myself in the world of blogging now that when someone walks by and gives me a funny look, I think there's something wrong with THEM for not getting that it's for a fashion blog. Obviously. Anyway, as for this outfit I absolutely love everything! I saw your profile pic and fell in love with that collar, such a beautiful touch. Lovely as always!

  13. I love this outfit, especially the sequin collar from Zara. You're right, even though it's not raining, the weather in Vancouver is certainly very chilly. I usually wear tights under my skirts at this time of year and I'm still freezing!

  15. I love this outfit! The collar is gorgeous - do they sell it separately at Zara? The combination of pink and black is one of my favorites and it looks great with the grey collar.
