As a proud Canadian (I used to sing Oh Canada at Hockey games. No big deal ;)), I love discovering Canadian based companies.
La Canadienne is based out of Montreal and their goal was "to create comfortable, versatile boots that would offer unbeatable protection against the cold, wet Canadian climate". Uhm yes please! It pains me to say this but Fall is quickly approaching so I thought I would pass along some images from their fall look book in case you're in the market this fall for a pair of boots that won't leak and leave you with wet socks all the time. Can you sense I'm a little bitter from last winter?
The "Uber-Cool" Motorcycle boot is my favourite for sure. Unfortunately they aren't in my budget right now but I'm keeping them on my radar as Fall approaches.
La Canadienne shoes start at about $200 but I know my readers have budgets of all sizes. They also have a gorgeous line of handbags that I have been drooling over.
Now let's stop thinking about fall and get back to enjoying the 5 minutes of summer that Vancouver has to offer!
