Comfort Zone

{Wearing: RW&Co Blazer, American Apparel Tee, Club Couture Skirt (c/o), Matt & Nat Bag, Sterling Sandals, Fossil Multifunction Watch, Bfrend Bracelet, Stella & Dot Tribute Bracelet (c/o), Stella & Dot Copper Cupchain Bracelet (c/o)}

You wouldn't think that a girly floral skirt would be out of my comfort zone but it turns out, it kind of is. Sometimes my style comfort zone confuses me. Wearing an orange dress and sequin collar to a restaurant where other people are wearing sweat pants? Totally comfortable. Wearing a floral skirt to a coffee date? Sort of uncomfortable. Figure that one out.

  4. I like you comfort zone!
    I think this skirt looks lovely, but I may be understanding what you mean: it's a very girlie skirt, I'd for example never wear it to work.
    and as far as the orange dress with the colar - better over than underdressed!

  6. It was so beautiful yesterday I felt it was the first time we could truly bust out these kinds of clothes! Having said that I just got back from a tropical vacation so I was still finding it way too cold. However, I admired everyone who was hardier than I and everyone looked beautiful in their spring clothes!

  7. I love girly floral skirts as well. They are my staple for spring and summer. I love the blazer with the floral skirt.

  8. Kudos to stepping outside the comfort zone! I feel that way every time I put a hat on, but you have to do it - especially in Vancouver.

    Or sweatpants would rule!

  10. Squealing at the American Apparel tee paired with the girly skirt. I have two of these tees and could buy every single color. I'm going to try something similar soon. Love it!!

  12. Haha I totally know what you mean...I feel most comfortable in the most ridiculously feminine things but weird in skinnies. Why?? Haha anyway, beautiful look as always love. That floral skirt is a dream on you.

  13. That skirt is SO pretty...love the slip peeking out from underneath, and how you paired it with a simple gray tee. So cute - and you don't LOOK like you're out of your comfort zone :)

  14. I totally can relate to those odd comfort zone boundaries! I find they sneak up on me the most when we're transitioning seasons because I have to leave behind my favourite outfits and find new favourites - i hate everything when this happens.
