I feel kind of silly. I thought wearing a green cardigan and going to a pub to drink watch Mike drink a Guinness was the perfect way to celebrate St. Patty's Day!
Turns out I was completely wrong. I have been celebrating incorrectly this entire time. While sitting in a Starbucks on Granville in the afternoon, drinking my latte and reading the paper, I learned a lot from the women walking outside in their St. Patrick's Day attire.
I think my two biggest mistakes were that I wasn't wearing a green spandex dress or drinking out of mickey while walking down the street at 1pm.
Oh well, lesson learned! Next year I'll spandex it up with the best of 'em. ;)
