Btw, I actually wore a brighter fuchsia lipstick last night but I've already lost it. Dang it.
So my NYE didn't exactly go as planned but isn't that the way life goes sometimes? I guess it goes back to what I said about expectations. You can't always control a series of events but you can do your best to get through them with a smile.
I hope everyone else had a great night last night and that there haven't been too many new years resolutions broken yet. I didn't even make any resolutions and I'm pretty sure I broke a couple between midnight and right now. I think I should make my NY resolution "to have a nap every day". Now that would be one that I could keep!
