I am lucky enough to have a boyfriend who is an amazing cook. He's great at going through cook books and turning recipes into fabulous dishes.
I on the other hand have mastered the art of the quick meal. 5 minute fajitas, turkey and hummus sandwiches... i'm all about quick, easy, delicious and healthy. I don't really have the patience to put together elaborate meals because if I did that I would be eating dinner at 10pm.
While at Chapters recently I noticed this cook book. After flipping through it I was sold! The recipes are quick, healthy and look delicious! I wouldn't say i'm a picky eater (regardless of what Mike says) but I usually only like a handful of recipes in most cook books.
A couple dessert recipes I will be trying asap:
Chocolate Yogurt Cheesecake
Doughnut Cookies
Caramel Corn
I was thinking about trying one of the recipes tonight so i'll let you know how it goes!
