When Mike told me to "dress warm" for a surprise outdoor outing yesterday I quickly grabbed my favourite scarf. I found it in Deluxe Junk last year and while it's not as over sized and cozy as the scarves I normally like, it's cashmere and really soft.
Plus, there is something about the red plaid that is just perfect for fall... don't you think?
Since the plans for the evening were being kept secret I wore my faux-Frye boots in case we were doing any walking.
I was ecstatic when I found out we were heading to Stanley Park to take a ride on the Ghost Train! We had the perfectly festive evening and now I'm really looking forward to Halloween! I definitely recommend the ghost train if you're looking for a fun and inexpensive way to spend a couple hours. Just make sure you dress warm!
