Yesterday was day one of our company's softball tournament. It's a surprisingly competitive two day tournament and we have a really good team so it's always exciting when softball city time comes around.
This year we came in 3rd place which is a little disappointing but still an accomplishment. After coming in 1st place last year and 2nd for years before that I think everyone wanted to be the first team to bring home the trophy two years in a row. While we didn't manage to do that we did have a great two days.
I was busy score keeping so I didn't have a chance to take many pictures. I retired my glove after my car accidents a few years back and even though I'm better now, I've enjoyed my job as score keeper/ cheerleader/ H20 distribution engineer (water girl). It doesn't help that as I've moved up in the company I'm not always able to get the mornings off during the season.
I'm exhausted after the last two days in the hot sun so I don't have much else to say. Mike's been away and I'm picking him up from the airport tomorrow and then hopefully everything can get back to normal!
Oh, and I jumped on the Formspring bandwagon. I'm not an expert on it but from what I understand you can use it to ask me questions? I'm probably the most interesting person in the entire world so I'm pretty excited there is a way for you to learn aaallll about me. ;) Haha but if you would like to ask me anything please do!
